Tasting Passport
The Spice Route Passport offers a seamless tasting experience. The 5 tastings are offered seperately by trained tasting hosts at each vendor.
Spice Route Passport
Purchase your passport at the Guest Information Office upon arrival.
Walk-ins are welcome, however reservations are required should the group consist of 10 or more people.
Allow yourself approximately 2 hours to savour the 5 artisanal tastings: 6 Spice Route wines (daily selection), 6 Jewell’s charcuterie (daily selection), 4 CBC premium beers (daily selection), and 3 Wilderer Distillery spirits (Grappa Shiraz, Fynbos Gin, Rogue Apple Pie Moonshine), The Chocolate Room by Beyers (a selection of chocolate)
The various vendors are within comfortable walking distance from each other. You are encouraged to determine your own journey of discovery.
Present your passport at each vendor to be stamped and enjoy your tasting experience.

Explorer Voucher
Curated for tour groups and year-end functions. Purchase your passport at the Guest Information Office upon arrival.
Walk-ins are welcome, however reservations are required should the group consist of 10 or more people.
This voucher is perfect for corporate groups that have limited time available. A generous variety of tastings are offered, and it also includes non-alcoholic experiences.
The alcoholic offering ranges from wine, beer, spirits, and perry cider tastings. Non-alcoholic offerings include chocolate, charcuterie & vegetarian bites to taste.
The voucher also offers chance to blend your own salt & spice grinder or enjoy a bubble tea or a refreshing hand- crafted cordial & soda water beverage.
The voucher holder chooses upon arrival which tasting or offering will be enjoyed. Any number of explorer vouchers can be purchased.

La Grapperia Pizza & Bistro offers a delicious lunch for the ravenous adventurers and a dessert treat at the end of a fun filled day.
Collect the Adventurer’s passports retailing at R215 per person from the Guest information office apon arrival.
Bookings are required regardless of the amount of children.
