This past month, celebrated Chefs Warehouse maestro Liam Tomlin joined forces with charcuterie whizz Neil Jewell and baker extraordinaire Tina Jewell to open a farm-to-table eatery at our Spice Route Destination. The open-kitchen restaurant has taken over the newly-renovated space formerly occupied by Bertus Basson. As you’d expect, only the best-quality ingredients will be used in the dishes, including organic Red Angus beef from Charles Back’s herd, with a regularly updated seasonal menu.
